Shipping depends on the product ordered. Promotional items may take 1-2 weeks processing prior to shipment, and 3 to 7 weeks after shipment to arrive at your address since our items are coming overseas and from different warehouse.
Orders that are qualified for a free upgrade to Tier 1 International Shipping can expect the items to arrive within 3 to 4 weeks after around 1 week of processing time.
Additional delay, though rare, may occur depending on the process time of the local customs and post office of the buyer. We have no control and take no responsibility for any unfortunate issues that may occur once the item/s have arrived at the country of destination.
In rare occasion that a package is lost during transit by the shipping company, we will give the option for our customers to choose between a full refund or let us send a 2nd package at our own expense provided that the expected time period of delivery has already passed.
Tier II Shipping - 3 to 8 weeks after shipment
Tier I Shipping - 3 to 4 weeks after shipment
Cancellation of orders will be allowed if the item has not yet leave our premises. We will be charging a 25% cancellation fee based from the amount of the order, which will be deducted on the total amount to be refunded.
